Motorcycles.

I needed to get a replacement debit card (worn mag strip) and the guy at the bank and I started chatting. Crazy, huh?

He's a motorcycle dude, and he suggested this for me: a Triumph Thruxton. Pretty Cool.

I poked around today, and I think I'd prefer a Triumph Scrambler:

Neither are quite Steve McQueen, but hey, what is?

That's all folks!

and another motorcycle post...

I blame Groosh for my recent dallying in the motorcycle world, but here's a prewar bike I just saw on ebay, and it's the type of thing I'm interested in, frankly. I have written about how I have no need for speed, after all....

This is just what I'd like, maybe from watching all the Indiana Jones movies, Patton, Tora Tora Tora, and Lawrence of Arabia.

Low to the ground so I can put my feet down, more like the cafe racers I've only just ever even heard about, and just, well, cool....

Motorcycle Desires Part Two the Sequel

Well, after the post yesterday, it's only fair that I show you this video. Makes me want to make films (like this, i really like his style in this and the other things he has posted on Vimeo) and get a motorcycle! A VW Thing would fit the family, but this would be fun and cheaper, too.
