Well, it's time, 3 years at this current job has been enough, the changes have led to dead ends for me, unfortunately. I could vent here, but no one wants to hear that, right?
Anyway, 1 day into it, I have a church acquaintance that is in charge of a department at a large bank that is right up my alley, training (and development), and another friend in the organization sees that his team is usually 5 but is currently 3. Not bad news on Day 1 of the "Networking Dave" Initiative.
